Pineapple Yarn Open-End NE16

Pacha Fibers pineapple yarn is produced using pineapple leaf agricultural residue that would otherwise be burned. Our yarn and fabric successfully completed small-scale dyeing trials using conventional cotton dyeing processes. No significant process modifications were required, demonstrating excellent color uptake, uniformity, and compatibility with existing textile manufacturing processes. Sustainability: Prevents agricultural burning, reduces CO■ emissions, creates additional income opportunities for growers, Empowers woman and youth in rural communities, converts remaining biomass into natural compost returned to farms, supports regenerative agriculture, Zero-waste production philosophy.
